Intro to Meditation

Join us at Kihei Dance Connection for a special workshop led by Lyn, where you'll explore the transformative benefits of meditation for the mind, body, and soul.
In this session, she'll discuss the physical and emotional value of meditation and learn simple yet powerful breathwork techniques (pranayama) to calm the body and mind. Lyn will guide us through a meditation and provide practical tools to help you begin or deepen your practice.
Cost: $25 prepay | $30 at the door
Yoga mats are available if you'd like to sit on the floor. Please bring a water bottle—refills are available.

Bring a bag, take a bag! It’s the perfect chance to meet new people over coffee while browsing a great selection of clothing.
Drop off donations early for pre-sorting or bring them the day of.
